I had my kitchen remodeled a number of years ago with Royal Kitchens and Baths and to this day couldn’t be happier with the result. Before my remodeling I had heard numerous stories from friends and acquaintances on all types of problems they had encountered upon remodeling. These included problems with materials, subcontractors, project delays, and installations. It was my main reason for choosing a full-service kitchen design company despite it being a bit costlier than the work of other contractors. I’ve never regretted my decision. Royal Kitchens is a one stop shop for an amazing selection of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures etc. Working with my designer was an enjoyable and enlightening experience. I was told how long my project would take and given a complete schedule outlining what would be done every day up until the day of completion. Despite a starting delay of a couple of days due to a power outage from hurricane Sandy, with a slight reshuffling of the schedule, everything moved along smoothly and seamlessly and was completed on schedule. The quality of the work and materials speaks for itself and I still get compliments on my kitchen many years later. I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Baths. You won’t be disappointed.

"SO MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED"

I am composing this letter as the third and last of my bathrooms is being rebuilt. I connected with Royal randomly, after seeing one of their work vans filling up at a gas station. I had already been snubbed by one contractor and also a bathroom designer. I was eager to find someone that would take on the job, but one that would be willing to see it through to the end, and not walk off the job for some reason. The design, selection, and ordering process was long and detailed, making me wish that it would end soon and construction would begin ASAP. My wife kept asking me: When? But the wait was worth it. The work crew was prompt, polite, and treated my home with respect, careful to not be "bulls-in-a-china-shop", like many other contractors are unfortunately. I was surprised to see a dump truck that was fully lettered and in relatively pristine condition. I ended up spending more than I planned but got so much more than I expected. I am most pleased with the outcome. It's so beautiful that I almost don't want to make use of it, but just want to look at the result in awe. As it all draws to an end, I now find myself feeling like a friend (Royal) is moving far away, never to be seen again. If I was to celebrate the outcome of my bathroom project, I would first invite the entire Royal crew.

After searching for a company to remodel my bathroom, I came across Royal Kitchen & Baths. I met with my consultant & project designer Joe Robles. Joe is so endearing we hit it off immediately! Once we began to discuss my thoughts and design intentions, I was then greeted by the owner Vinny, a very engaging and warm individual, he actually made me feel more at home! As the three of us were discussing the process of the remodeling, the gentlemen tasked with the jobs & duties were returning to the office (it was about 5 pm), Vinny politely introduced to me to all of them who were equally polite. Joe and I met on several occasions, had many phone conversations and text messages, frequently discussing & reviewing the finest details. Once everything was finalized , Joe stayed in communication with me along with Vinny in setting up the date for commencement. So now Matthew Triano, the project manager steps in, just as gracious as Joe & Vinny, the communication was remarkable, from when the items for the remodeling would be delivered, in which Matt & other team members oversaw and inventoried. Once the majority of items were delivered, Matt conferred with me on a date when the project would commence. A calendar was promulgated and was adhered to 99% of the time, and any changes were immediately discussed. Once the project commenced, I met the team consisting primarily of Dez, Zach , Max, Joshua, Jonathan and many others. They were always on time, kept everything neat & orderly, and again was in constant communication with me. The entire team was personable, professional and polite. They will definitely be called on to remodel my bedroom bathroom!! I can go on for days how much I love their work, but one must experience it to fully enjoy their detail and due diligence!! From the beginning, the owner, Vincent, instilled the confidence necessary in order for me to go to contract. The pride he has in his work and the importance of maintaining his integrity was a key element in that decision. It was evident that Vincent had his eye and hand involved throughout the entire process. The extra effort he put forth in working through the pandemic related delivery delays did not go unnoticed and I thank you, Vincent, for that. Peter was particularly helpful and patient. His design ideas and suggestions were very beneficial and necessary in wading through the many fine details and decisions necessary in pulling together such a big project. Matt was helpful as well. Both Matt and Peter were very accommodating, always available, and I know put in many hours working on my behalf behind the scenes. All of the contractors working for Royal Kitchens exhibited knowledge and expertise in their field and the end product is evidence of that.  The MVP (Most Valuable Player), however, in my opinion, is Vincent’s son. He demonstrated ability and professionalism throughout the project. Vince Jr. is confident in the work he is performing, with the company, and the people he works with. He listens well and responds accordingly. His communication style is business-like, yet friendly. He also effectively explains the varied processes in a way the layperson can understand. Vince kept all the little and big details in front of him and when necessary brought all the pieces together. I honestly do not know how he keeps all that information inside his head. It is clear that Vince Jr. is quite able to perform many, if not all, the tasks involved in a kitchen renovation effectively and with the level of expertise that you, as the owner, would expect. FULLY INTEGRATED DESIGN BUILD EXPERIENCE

this year we finally decided to remodel our very dated kitchen. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen thanks to Royal Kitchens & Baths. We checked around a bit but Royal was the only company that made us feel comfortable about such a large project. Vinny, the owner, was warm and engaging and constantly made sure the project was proceeding as expected and also provided fantastic insight in to design elements. Joe, our designer, tirelessly worked with us over many hours to make sure the design was just as we liked it. Matt, our project manager, was on top of things every step of the way and was in constant contact with us letting us know who would be on site each day and what they would be doing. And the crew was very professional and did exceptional work, with attention to detail.
Royal Kitchens & Baths provided a fully integrated design build experience. All work was done directly by the firm's own employees or with fully managed sub-contractors. We did not have to worry about anything, Matt managed it all and made sure the right people were on site at the right time, in the right order, and kept everything on schedule. We made numerous tweaks throughout the project and didn't have to worry about any miscommunication in what was to be done.
During our remodeling a couple of other issues arose in the house; water heater failed, and found out we had a leaky roof that we thought had been repaired by another company. Thanks to a very severe storm at just the right time we noticed the leak before the new cabinets went in. Royal took care of both repairs at very reasonable expense and kept everything on schedule.
Having been burned on past projects we were looking for a company that would be our partner in remodeling our kitchen, not just an outfit looking to make a buck and move on to their next customer. Royal Kitchens & Baths was the only firm that gave us the "warm fuzzies" about making such a big commitment and they truly were partners with us. We have recommended them to a couple of friends already and would not hesitate to do so again.

After deciding to have our bathroom remodeled we were faced with the daunting challenge of finding someone to help us with this process. Having dealt with various contractors for other projects, there were several issues that we wanted to avoid this time around. Working with Vincent and his team turned a potentially stressful process into an exciting opportunity to choose what we wanted for the bathroom as well as how to make the space larger and more efficient.
